• Please do the artwork in JPG, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, TIFF, CDR format; CMYK ONLY, at least 70dpi
• If you want us to make you the design, please send us original pictures & words in document and describe your promotion aims in details
• Design Charge: USD 20.00/pc   

File Transfer:    

• If the file is less than 4mb, please send us by email.
• If the file is larger, please upload to our FTP (Please advise by email and we will send you our FTP address, user name & password).
• You could also send the file to your own FTP or any file transferred website and advise us to download it.   

Lead Time:  

• 100pcs hardwawre ONLY: 2-3days.
• 100sets both hardware & banner: 5-7days.
• sample: 2-3days upon confirmation of e-proofs.   

Discounts:   

• To clients who bring repeat orders & large orders.

Returns:    

• All items must be returned in their original status & package within 7days.
• ONLY stand returning acceptable - as image made accordingly and could not resell.
• Buyer takes care of ALL return fees.
