Prestressed heat-insulating tubing (Prestressing heat-proof tubing)
Prestressed heat-insulating tubing which is kind of tubing has the heat-proof performance. The main constitution of the prestressed heat-insulating tubing is main body pipe string, hest insulation layer, coupling, seals, liner etc. The prestressed heat-insulating tubing we manufacture use double wall style, closed type and welded structure. We will do some prestressed treatment when we weld, the layer of external pipe and internal pipe there is multilayer insulate construction. Also we put the depolarizer in insulation layer, and have some special process treatment. It can effective in reduce the heat conduction, heat convection and reduce energy loss when radiation. Not only can prevent heat-insulating tubing "Hydrogen Decrepitation" accident, but also can extend the insulate life of pipe.
Prestressed heat-insulating tubing which is used to normal working temperature is lower than 380 C. Are mainly used in oilfield "Steam drive", Steam " huff and puff" and "injection and production integral" viscous crude oil thermal production operation. Correct to use prestressing heat-proof tubing, it can reduce the heat loss of injected steam underground well, and ensure the dryness of steam in bottom hole. Also it has the function to reduce the distortion of casing and protection casing cementing.
The thread/connection of prestressed heat-insulating tubing we use API BTC connection, we add the PTFE seal in coupling, install heat-insulation liner in each pipe string. It can ensure sealing reliability, joint fastness during prestressed heat-insulating tubing working. And also can ensure state of laminar flow of steam transport, reduce resistance of steam transport and heat loss in coupling.
Prestressed heat-insulating tubing according to SY/T5324-94 standard. It can meet requirement on viscous oil, deep heavy oil and ultra deep heavy oil thermal production operation based on different well depth and horizontal well.
