Crown block consist of crawn block frame,sheaves unite and auxiliary sheaves.Standard: API SPEC 4F standard
- Carcasses are made from high intensity section steel.
- Inclined working pulley block eliminates the torsion of block, and makes the sideboard of the traveling block opposite to the derrickman exactly.
- Rope groove of the pulley is quenched by medium frequency, to prolong the working life of the pulley.
- Working pulley is equipped with bipyramid rolling bearing, and each bearing has an independent oil duck.
- Equipped with catch rod, to protect wireline from jumping out or falling off.
- Built with anti-collision buffer wood and protecting wire net.
- With girder crane boom, for the maintenance of pulley assembly.
- Equipped with bailing pulley and assisting pulley.
- Pulleys and bearings could be interchanged with matched traveling block
