• If you want us to make you the design, please send us original pictures & words in document and describe your promotion aims in details
• Design Charge: USD 20.00/pc

2. File Transfer:

• If the file is less than 4mb, please send us by email.
• If the file is larger, please upload to our FTP (Please advise by email and we will send you our FTP address, user name & password).
• You could also send the file to your own FTP or any file transferred website and advise us to download it.

3.Lead Time:

• 1-5 whole sets: 3-4days;
• 5-10sets: 5-8days;
• upon confirmation of e-proofs.

4.Shipping Information:

• Shipping by DHL, UPS, FEDEX;
• Worldwide Shipping service availble;
• Please contact before order as shipping cost varies time to time.

5.Discounts:

6.Returns:

• All items must be returned in their original status & package within 7days.
• ONLY stand returning acceptable - as image made accordingly and could not resell.
