1. house mainly consists of two parts , steel frame and maintenance part of wall . roof and ceiling using sandwich panel .

2. The sandwich panel : EPS . Fiberglass . Cement . PU . Rockwool .

3. The area :107 M2 =  12.35 m *  8.7m

4.  Indoor  layout : 3 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathroom + 1 kitchen

My friend , i need to make you know that usually we do the sandwich panel using EPS , Because it has a good insulation and low cost . so it is popular with customer . but if  you would like use other material ,  it is ok , it is all our scope .

Dear , if you have other different size , please kindly tell me ,our engineer could design the floor plan for you as your requirement .
