High vacuum purity, and proprietary heat transfer fluid: Bontel Heat pipe collectors start heat transfer in short time less thanThere are three key parts in heat pipe collectors like vacuum tubes, heat pipe(copper pipe),Manifold. The conduction fluid in the heat pipe is vapored after absorbing solar radiation. Under the inner pipe pressure, vapor will flow to the condenser and transfer its heat energy to the fluid outside condensation bottom. The fluid around condenser is heated. Vapor turn to fluid flow to the other end of heat pipe. Through this circulation, Heat pipe collectors transfer solar radiation to heat energy.
Starting different temperature less than 30℃;
Aging quality resistance: Decay rate of product function is less than 5% after 5000 H performance testing under 250 ℃, working life is more than 20 years;
Evacuated tubes with triple layer selective absorber coating, vacuum degree more than 5.2x10-4Pa, absorbing efficiency more than 92.5%;
