How to testing the heart rate:
1. Press button "MODE", will show "PULSE" and Heart Shape Icon on top of screen.
2. Press "SET" for 2 seconds, when the sound come and meanwhile on screen will show "TOUCH SENSO".
3. Cling your index finger to " SENSOR" red area of sensor, then you will notice the Heart Shape Icon on screen will glitter, seconds later will show your heart rate on the screen.
