Structure Features:

Corrugated roller diameter was ¢ 280mm,Corrugated roller material used the 48CrMo alloy steel,Quenched and Tempered,fine boring the hole, CNC grinder, laser quenching, surface polishing ,hard chrome plated, hardness HRC60 degrees.Key parts of corrugated roller and pressure roller adopts high temperature bearings ,WaFangDian production .
Pressure roller was 284mm,Surface grinding and chrome plating; cylinder control up and down, the material is carbon steel 45#, quenched and tempered (with buffer device).
Glue wall structure with slide,air control to give the gluer or stop give the gluer ,which was polished surface engraved with the 25 lines after the pit-style textured hard chrome plating process ,scraping roller surface polished chrome plated.
