Introduction

This kind of automatic folder gluer machine consists of automatic feeding section, gluing folding section, counting section and stacking section. Touch screen input data.

Machine Parts

Feeding Section

1. suction belt front edge feeding, accurate and reliable.

2. high quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system, and this section can be controlled along, easy operation.

3. the height of the pressing wheel can be adjusted; suitable for 2-10mm thickness of cardboard.

4. linking action with folding section, speed is adjusted by VFD, feeding speed: 0-150 sheets/min.

5. the positions of the front baffle and the feeding belts can be adjusted.

Gluing and Folding Section

1. the main motor is VFD speed adjustment; without noise, flexible speed adjustment, stability.
