1. The machine can be wirelessly controlled which is flexible and convenient for operators.
2. It features a 7-inch colored touch screen man-machine control system.

4. The machine highlights the maximum speed limit of 360m/min. Powerful belts are used for power transmission, which create no noise and is highly efficient and easy to be maintained.

7. The rapid component replacement devices are more flexible, convenient and time-saving.
8. The machine uses a standard independent electric cabinet featuring a 7-inch colored touch screen control system, an automatic speed reduction function and photoelectricity counting. It can make quantitative counting and is equipped with a kickplate device.

10. to ensure the stability of this machine in high speed, steel-plate structure and reinforced transmission structure as thick as 16mm and 20mm is used.

1. Feeder section

paper-feeding belts coordinate with vibration motor; metal plates horizontally adjust and set width, and embossing guide wheel guides paper-delivering belts; Guard plates (pneumatic up and down) are provided at right and left sides to move right and left in response to product patterns; Equipped with two delivery cutters to adjust asymmetric length depending on actual needs; The power of vibration motor can be adjusted depending on vibration rack; Achieves overall coordination to ensure easy, fast, automatic, continuous and accurate paper feeding; Equipped with stepless transmission to regulate paper-delivering distance.

2. Prefolding Part

80&135 degree prefolding for the boxes need to run on automatic packing flow line.

3. Crash lock section

 All gluing drums can be loaded and unloaded; Two upper gluing drums (right and left) and two lower gluing drums (right and left), to be selected depending on actual needs; Glue quantity in gluing drums is adjustable, thus ensuring stability and easy maintenance; Gluing roller in standard version and can be customized according to customer requirements; Made with copper, gluing drum is firm and durable; Crash lock is completed by 4 groups of crash-locking mechanism.

4. Folder section

 Composed of 50mm bottom belts and 50mm elbow belts; 180o second crease and 180o fourth crease; Right and left guide wheels allow flexible adjustment of different positions to facilitate folding;
