Reducer: 

The reducer selects of steel factory crane special reducer,

the reducer adopts welding casing, the performance is better than Hardened reducer, is of special design and manufacture of casting crane. The reducer gear ratio is reasonable, withhigh strength low carbon alloy steel; carburizing quenching gear grinding, gear tooth surface hardness, high precision,the machine has the advantages of compact structure,advantages of high bearing capability, long service life etc.

national standard of “GB44628 cylindrical wheels of

bridge crane”, the wheel adopts double edge structure

and the material is adopts alloy steel and spring steel forgings

Wire rope:

Steel factory crane special wire rope are all specific femoral facial contact wire rope, long service life, less internal friction,lubrication good, suitable for high temperature casting crane and various crane. Steel wire rope with each other about twist, line contact high quality steel wire rope. Safety coefficient is in strict accordance with the "casting crane design standard"implementation.
