Characteristic

This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding such various roll materials as BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, aluminum foil and paper etc. and can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production.

 

1 The machine is kind of vertical separating and cutting machine. Rolling and releasing can be in front of or at the back of machine.
2 Adopts independent master control screen, make operation more flexible and even easier.
3 Automatic deviation-rectifying of releasing, photoelectric eye is suitable for tracking the edge and color of transparent material.
4 Releasing tension adopts magnetic powder clutch control.
5 Rolling adopt magnetic clutch control.
6 Counting meter of material moving length automatically. 

7 The machine has double air cylinders rewinding system.
