Brief introduction of PJ balance crane

PJ type balance crane is an ideal small and medium-sized mechanical lifting equipment. It runs four 

bar linkage mechanism principle, using manual and motorized simple cooperate to form a composite

movement to carry load, the load at any time according to the requirement of stable to stay in operation

interval to any position. 

PJ series of hanging balance short column structure ( referred to as the dwarf type ) and a high column

structure ( referred to as the high type ) two series of products, from the weight of 50kg to 2000kg.

Advantages

PJ type balance crane operation is very simple, with a button actuating motor, so that the hanging vertical 

lifting; manual push and pull the hanging, hanging or direct stalls, the horizontal moving, or around the post 

and rotated to the required lifting working position.

It is widely used in machine tools, parts and components; the assembly and repair process of 

hoisting transport; production line of articulation, converting station; foundry core, closing the box; 

heat treatment furnace, such as furnace workshop. It is a rather ideal, the workers from the frequent

special production tools. At present in the automotive, tractor, diesel engine, agricultural vehicles,
