Mold making process

Design(2 days)→Buy material(4 days)→CNC machining(15 days)→Assembling and Fitting(3 days)→Polishing(7 days)→Testing mold(2 days)

So usually we need at least 35 days to finish a mold,then start to test this mold.

Quality confirm

-- At the end of design, we will send the 3D-design to you, including the item picture.

--When test the mold, the DV will provide for you if you do not have time reach here.

--Before shipping,checking again.

Mold Packing

Antirust paint → Plastic film → Wooden case

Mold maintaining

--Spray the antirust when the mold is not use

--Make all the place clean

--Do not put it at sticky place

After Service 

-- If the problem is not big, we can solve via internet or phone

-- Some question cannot settle by yours, we will send our engineer to fix the mold.
