Design(2 days)→Buy material(4 days)→CNC machining(15 days)→Assembling and Fitting(3 days)→Polishing(7 days)→Testing mold(2 days)

 

So usually we need at least 35 days to finish a mold,then start to test this mold.The chair mold need 75 days at least,because processing time is much long.
