Cork fabric, or cork leather as it is sometimes called, is manufactured from the very thin
cork veneer and the various backing fabric material. These thin sheets of natural cork and
compostion cork are laminated to a fabric support backing using a specialized proprietary
technique.

Characteristics of cork fabric are unique: warm, soft, environmentally friendly, stable, unique natural
texture, durable as leather, versatile as fabric…

Pattern collections: Cork fabric is available in a unique assortment of natural textures, patterns,
and designs. Currently, we have 5 collections of cork fabric according to natural textures, patterns,
and designs.

Construction of cork fabric: Cork fabric is produced in 3 layers.
Top layer: Cork veneer (natural or compositon cork sheets, thickness 0.2mm to 0.3mm)
Middle layer: Adhesive (water based polymer emulsion)
Bottom layer: Selected fabric materials (as the backing support of cork fabric)

Types of backing support: According to the applications of cork fabric products, we supply two
types of backing support.

Type #A  A fabric material of PU coated cotton  and polyester

Type #B  A non-woven fabric material of polyester

Specifications:
We supply cork fabric in sheets and rolls.

The standard sizes of cork fabric sheets are 900mm long x 600mm wide.
The 1,350mm long x 600mm wide cork fabric sheets are also available.

The standard sizes of cork fabric rolls are 1,350mm wide x 50 lineal meters.
The 1,400mm wide cork fabric rolls will be available soon.
We also supply other sizes of sheets and rolls for industrial applications.
