 CNC control  profile feeding,continous cutting and milling both ends.For processing aluminum win&door,curtain wall as well as industrial profile.Instead of traditional mullion processes:feeding-cutting-discharging-transfering-feeding-milling the first end-discharging-feeding-milling the other end-discharging,total 11 processes with high labor cost and low accuracy.This process center realizes continous working from feeding to the finished product automatically,which saves labor cost highly and improves the accuracy.Mitsubishi PLC control unit and servo motor,powerful motor and rigid machine body assure high efficiency and performance of the center.
