General Workflow
1) Inquiry-Professional quotation.
2) Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3) Response sales send the Proforma Invoice.
4) Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5) Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment, And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6) Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7) End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party inspection.
8) Clients make payment for balance and Response Ship the goods. Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.
9) Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .
10) Feedback to Response about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion. And we can do better.

A: Yes, Store Display can provide the graphic drawing and 3D drawing to explain the structure clearer and also sent you for approval.
l Q: Can you help me to work out the dimensions of the display?
A: Yes, please advise the sizes of your product, how many product per display,the size of the product, weight of product is also necessary,to help us work out the display
l Q: Can I print my own company logo on it?
A: Yes, It is customized as your requirements.
l Q:What is your usual payment?
A:We have two payment terms.
1,30% deposit ,balance to be paid once goods shipped.

A:We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
l Q:How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refund after order confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the MOQ.
