We accept illustrator .eps, ai, .ps, pdf, photoshop .psd 300 resolution, high quality jpeg 300, tif 300 resolution, gif 300 resolution, or freehand 10. If you have a different format, please contact us. We ask that you have your art already vectorized and your fonts flattened if possible.
Our art dept and production team work closely with our customers to achieve the best quality color matching possible. Please be aware the color of the item can cause the color of the print to vary, and we cannot guarantee a 100% match in color.
Email us your desired production method, production time (how quickly it needs to be printed), printing colors, print position, state, and shipping method (how quickly you need it shipped) and an estimated price of your order will be replied to you.
If you do not have your own graphic, we offer a wide selection of fonts and clip arts to choose from for your design. Send us the content you want to print. If you need to make any changes, please contact our customer service or art dept. as soon as possible. No changes can be made to an order once the proof has been approved and the production process has begun.

If there are no artwork delays on your order, in most cases, it takes roughly 10-15 business days to have your products perfected and printed, then shipped.
