This palm kernel oil mill is mainly used to press oils from oil bearing plants, with the characteristics of high quality, cheap price, compact structure and good after sale service.

Introduction

1. A new type oil press especially for pressing palm fruit oil (red oil), it can get the primary oil mixed with palm cores, water and marcs.

2. After separation by other machines, the primary oil, and palm core can be separated.

3. Suitable for 3-15 hectares area palm farmers own running.

4. The final oil is edible red oil. You can refinery or directly for edible.

The fruit string should do the high temperature cooking, threshing the fruit for the string, heating and pressed by our palm oil press can get red oil with water and stag, with separting and filting get red palm oil

Process of palm kernel oil extraction

Depericarper:  Separate the kernel and fiber through the windy drying treatment, then fiber and other light wastes is blowed on surface.

Crushing:        Crush the fruit, get the kernel and shell, in the Hydrocyclone, and use the specific gravity of them, separate.

Pressing:     Get the crude palm kernel oil.
