Principle Function

This machine can throw the solid part of gas-solid material to the wall of the machine by the centrifugal force created by rotary airflow to reach the separation purpose .

Working principle

The material will rotate in high speed around the center after it go into the separator ,

And then be threw to the inside wall of the cylinder be centrifugal force,

At last it goes down exit in bottom of cone cylinder by gravity .

Air lock

Air lock usually fixed on discharging opening of discharger to collect material from discharger

Or dust discharging opening of de-duster to collect dust from de-dust

Lest air goes into discharger or de-dust.
