B. Compact Feeder with Cutter

2. Rotary speed of cutter:           750r/min

5. Knife material:                  Cr12MoV

6. Temperature point of inner barrel: One thermocouple, adopting PID temperature-controlling to measure the temperature.

7. Equipped with clean door with good airproof, so it is easy to clear the material in the barrel, and to check the status in the barrel.

8. There is exhaust unit on top of barrel, it can exclude the left vapor exists in the raw material.

C. SJ135/32 Extruder

1. Extruder Screw diameter: φ135mm, Material: 38CrMoAlA with nitrogen treatment, it can increase the rigidness and using date.

2. L/D Ratio: 32: 1

3. Motor power: 110KW, use inverter to adjust the speed.

4. Connect way of motor and reducer: Coupling axis machine.

5. Use extruder with special gear tooth surface reducer, use high strength alloy steel to make gear wheel and axis, gear wheels through crafts of quenching, cementite and abrasion.

6. Instrument: Adopting PID temperature-controlling to measure the temperature, use Siemens contactor.

7. Heating system:Use ceramic heater, outer equipped with stainless steel cover, and blower cooling.

8. Heater power: 6 Zones, 8KW/Zone, total 48KW; 6 Zones cooler, 0.24KW/Zone, Total 1.44KW.

9. Mould heating: 2 Zones ×4Kw, total 8KW.

10. Mesh-exchanger: Adoptnon-stop hydraulic controlling machine, oil pump power is 3KW.
