Our company is located in Qingdao, Shandong, China. Our factory covers 10000 square meters and has the ISO2008 CERTIFICATE.
Our main products are pressed tea light candles, moulded color tea light candles with various scents, floating candles, pillar candles, taper candles, spiral candles, church candles, votive candles, cemetery candles, glass candles, gift candles, and candles used in the home. 

Our facilities include a packaging shop, candle-wick knitting and processing shop, a raw material and material auxiliary treating shop and warehousing beside the manufacturing shops. We also have our own laboratories. Our laboratories enable us to constantly test, improve and develop new candle product lines.

Q1:Where can I get product&price information? How to start a custom-made project with your company?

A1:Send us e-mail , we will contact you as we receive your mail. According to the design drawings or original samples for our quotation and technical proposal you offer us, we will meet your demand.

 Q2:How long can i get the sample?

A2:Depends on your specific items, if we have mould,7-12 days is required generally. 

Q3:Do your company deal in retailing business?

A3:We only do the wholesale but not retail, so we do not offer to personal or family.

 Q4:Are these lovely pieces of resin art dishwasher /microwave safe?

A4:Sorry,resin product cannot use for eating.High temperature will damage the products.

 Q5:What’s your Minimum order?

A5:We request 300cartons for tealight candles, and 5000 pcs for the exist wax candles(pillar or votive or craft candles) , 10000pcs for glass jar candles and tin candles. 

 Q6:What types of payment do you accept?

 Q7:How long does it take to receive an order?

A7:Depends on the specific items and your order quantity. Generally it requires around 20-40 days to produce after the deposit. 

 Q8:What certificate do you have?

A8:We passed the ISO9001 and we have SGS Audits. If you have special request, we are willing to cooperate.

Q9:What ways to solve the Anti-dumping tax?

A9:About this problem, we usually suggest our customers transit from Malaysia(our warehouse), the cost of transit is about 2200usd for a 1*20ft.
