USE:
For training the students at secondary or higher vocational institutions about working principle and structures of Prius hybrid system, the equipment is made from cutaway engine assembly, cutaway transmission assembly, power battery, converter, virtual disassembly and assembly software and teaching software about converting energy and movable stand.

Teaching software of hybrid system about converting energy
The software is installed into the 7 inch PAD for showing and studying the line about converting and translating hybrid system.
Working cycles: Compared Atkinson cycle with Otto cycle in the VR environment
Convert energy at typical conditions: Show the current flow direction with arrowhead, yellow one means discharge the battery, and green one means charge the battery. You can observe the piston and crankshaft how to run for judging the engine power is outputting or not.
Starting out model: The battery supplies power, and control MG2 by converter to start out the car.
Low speed travel model: The battery supplies power, and control MG2 by converter to drive the car.
Low speed cruising model: The engine supplies power to drive planet, then drive MG1, charging the battery as an alternator, and drive the MG2 with parts of power by the converter.
Full acceleration model: The engine supplies power to drive planet, at the same time, the battery supplies power to drive MG1 and MG2.
Braking model: The engine stops and MG2 is driven by the wheels to charge the battery as an alternator, and brake the car.
Stop model: All powers stop.
Reverse model: The battery supplies power to drive MG2 for reversing the car.
Synchronous operation function:
When the engine or hybrid system rotate, driven by reducing motor, the pad should display energy convert synchronous operation.
A tablet personal computer(PC) is installed in the panel of the bench, on which the teaching software of hybrid system about converting energy.
