Sublimation slate is a kind of decorating element for interior application, such as home décor, bars, café and restaurants. It is made from rocks and coated with sublimation coating on the front surface where allows to be printed with personalized photo/ picture .

The operating method of printing such slates is exactly the same like other flat sublimation blanks – a flat heat press can get it done with outstanding printing quality.

Rock Photo Slate making  process:

You can use either flat heat press machine or 3D Vacuum Sublimation Machine to do the printing.

Step 1: print out your image on inkjet transfer paper with sublimation ink by your Epson inkjet printer

Step 2: wrap the image facing in the sublimation rock photo slate.

Step 3: place the slate in a flat heat press or 3D vacumm sublimation machine, set the temperature and time.

Step 4: take out the slate when time is up. Finished!
