Payment Terms: T/T, Western Union, Cash and etc..

4.After an order is placed, when to deliver?

It depends on whether the products you buy has inventory. If we have inventory, generally we can arrange shipment after 2 to 3 days.

5. Is your company accept customization?

We have our own factory and excellent design team, and we accept OEM/ODM.

6.How about your company's certification?

CE, SGS and ISO13485 and other necessary certification

7.If the products are not conformity with requirements, how to solve?

If the products are not conform to customer samples or have quality problems, our company will be responsible for it. 

8.What about the cooperation process?

Confirm details of order, 30% deposit, Arrange inventory, pay the balance, shipment.
