The main equipment
Pulping system: Pulper, Grinding Machine, Mixer, Pulp Pump, Water Pump, Control Cabinet, etc.
Forming System: 8 forming pattern plates,1 transfer plate, each plate can carry 4 chunks of 30pcs egg tray mould.
The molding efficiency is 13-15 plates/minutes. Also equipped with an automatic control cabinet.
Drying System: There are 3 kinds of drying system. One is sun drying, another is metal drying and the third one is brick drying. The conveyor can be one layer and multi-layer, direct combustion hot air circulation. Using the imported or joint venture brand burner (domestic uses the stove bar), equipped with an automatic control cabinet.
Accessory equipment: Roots vacuum pump, Air compressor, Vacuum tank.
Note: The country with very high-temperature can choose the natural drying method, no need for the drying
system.This way can reduce the cost.
The production process flow : Pulp making system→Forming system→Drying system→Packing system
•Pulp Making System
Put the raw material into the hydraulic pulper to make the pulp, the pulp concentration will be 0.8%-1% under the action of the 3 pulp pools and some support facilities.
•Foriming System
As for the forming system, Qisheng produce many different forming machine which owns different capacity.We can also design the mould and machine per your request.
•Drying System
We have 4 kinds of drying system:
1).Natural drying line: dried the egg trays by sunshine
2).Single Brick Drying Line
3).Single Layer Metal Drying Line
4).Multi-layer Metal Drying Line
•Packing System
The dried egg trays can be loaded and transport after auomatic stacking and packing.

1.The warranty period: 1 year Guarantee for the maintance and repairment of the forming machine exclude the parts of quick-wear. The spare parts will be provided according to the client requirement.
2.The pre-production:we offer custom-made service to our customers, you need to provide us some samples,such as photos,dimensions etc.
3.The installing issue:Qisheng will send engineers to customers' place . The customer should help installation, the engineer is responsible for installation, testing and training for 30 days.
