Features:
1. Metal-clad and fully enclosed structure, can prevent dirt and small animals from entrance.
2. Through the observation windows in the door panel, switch position and general condition can be clearly viewed.
3. The door and switch operating handle are mechanically interlocked to ensure the door cannot be opened with the switch closed and the switch cannot be closed with the door open.
4. The switchgear use vacuum switches combined with solid insulation material. This environmentally-friendly technology avoid the uses of SF6 as an insulation gas.
5. Reliable FIVE-PREVENTION interlock can effectively prevent from mal-operation.
1). Prevent switching on or off disconnector when circuit breaker, load break switch or contactor are in switching on condition.
2). Prevent switching on or off circuit breaker, load break switch or contactor by mal-operation.
3). Prevent switching on circuit breaker or load break switch when earthing switch is in switching on condition.
4). Prevent switching on earthing switch in live condition.
5). Prevent entering compartments in live condition.
Sturcture:
1. Enclosure is built around steel skeletal construction, and apply epoxy resin power spray coating, the above adopted treatment methods ensure a very strong anti-corrosion capacity for the switchgear housing.
2. The cubicle is separated into several functional compartments by metal sheet, including busbar compartment, circuit breaker compartment, cable compartment and low voltage compartment. Fused or non-fused load break switch is installed in circuit breaker compartment.
3. Pressure relief channels are included. In case of faults inside the compartments resulting in arc, the pressure is released from pressure relief channels. In this way, it can ensure the safety of operating staff and the cubicle.
