Gusu chocolate enrobing machine is made with mesh belt width from 550, 750,850, 950,1150mm, and designed for all common enrobing tasks with tempered and non tempered chocolate.

2. How about your after- sale service and warranty period?

(1) We provide one-stop installation (all fees include visa, ticket, transportation,accormdation will be afforded by buyer, an USD50/day installation fee should be paid ).

(2) Warranty period: 12 months after delivery.

(3) We will provide the replacement parts for fee due to quality problem under proper operation within warranty period.

(4) After warraty period, we'll charge the replacement parts at cost price.

(5) We will provide lifetime techinical support for all the machines.

2. About after- sell service

Usually machine guarantee time is about 1 year. Within guarantee time, machine breaking caused by machine itself design defect, we are responsible for it. We can provide free charge breaking part. If machine breaing caused by humane factor, user need take responsibility for it, we will provide technial support
