We compensate the losses which facility is damaged by our product,and confirmed by us. The claim will be valid within 48 hours from the date of damaged machine.

We are entitled to check the filter that is regarded as being wrong and test whether the damaged extent of machine is caused by our product.

The following conditions are beyond the range of guarance,

1,It has been misunderstood the breakdown cause of filter including rubber kit or deliberately damaged so that we can't investigate it.

2,The filter has not been briefed on by us,but fitted up.

3,It has been misused during the fix.

4,The auto vehicle is defective or under the bad condition

5,The engine has been changed or gone beyond the limits of usage.
