Application

As people are gradually paying more attention to the global environment, so in order not to make the world increasingly polluted, especially to ensure the future life of our offspring, we need to try our best to make our surroundings a better place. This kind of product is aiming to set in the places where they need to improve the air quality, such as grow tents, commercial cooling, smoking areas, greenhouses, bathrooms, kitchens, indoor gardens, allergen filled rooms etc.

Ningbo or Shanghai is usual port we ship the goods after bulk production. In common situation, we need 20-25 days in the production line to arrange the bulk for buyer. What`s more, in order to avoid dispute and any other loss for both two sides, we will inform buyer in advance if there is any accidental cases or issues which will effect the schedule and delivery date before or during in the bulk production. About the QC inspection, we will follow the instructions of buyer.

Our workers will pack all the goods based on the buyer`s request in order. The rule of our company is to clarify problems and confusions as clear as possible before we start the bulk. We also welcome customers to come to take inline inspection if buyer asks. It`s a good performance of mutual responsibility for the products.

Q1: What`s CFM?

A: CFM is the acronym for Cubic Feet per Minute - the measure of air volume moved by the fan blower. Choose a fan with a CFM rating appropriate for your room size to ensure adequate ventilation.

Q2: Can supplier offer more options of the material for the outer frame or the inner blades?

A: We will show the usual quality we produce for bulk. If buyer has other requirements, we will try our best to reach. But it all depends on the real use.

Q3: Will you offer samples of your products before bulk?

A: Yes, we will send one sample to buyer based on your request for check and confirmation.

Q4: How much are all the shipping costs?

A: It depends on the weight and the volume of the bulk packages and the final destination.

Q5: Will you accept rush order?

A: We will check our schedule of the bulk production as well as the stock. If everything is ok, we will help buyer to speed up the bulk.

Q6: How do I choose a proper ventilation fan for my bathroom?

A: For bathrooms less than 100 square feet, determine the room’s CFM requirements by measuring and multiplying the length, width and ceiling height of the room, then use the multiplication factor of .13 and round up to the next “ten.” For example: 10’ long x 8’ wide x 9’ height x .13 = 93.6, select a bath fan with at least 100 CFM. If the bathroom is larger than 100 square feet, recommends that you add the CFM requirement for each fixture present - a toilet is 50 CFM, a shower is 50 CFM, a bathtub is 50 CFM and a jetted tub is 100 CFM.

Q7: Can Centrifugal Inline fans be mounted outside?

A: If the Centrifugal Inline Fan is Greenheck's Model TCB or TCF the answer is Yes. These fans are constructed with welded housings, which makes them weathertight. If the fan is Greenheck's Model SQ or BSQ, they are not recommended for outdoor mounting. The construction of these fans is such that they are not weathertight.

Q8: Can inline centrifugal fans be used for continuous high temperature exhaust applications?

A: Inline centrifugal fans (GFC models TCB or TCF) are not recommended for use in high temperature continuous exhaust applications. The reason is based solely on inline centrifugal fan design, which has the impeller at the inlet of the housing. As seen on the following diagram, the fan housing becomes pressurized and heated to the temperature of the incoming air. Leakage of heated air and heat transfer through the bearing cover and belt tube reduce the life of the bearings and motor. Our recommendation is not to exceed 200℃ with inline centrifugal fans.
