Jaw crusher are widely applied to medium size bulk materials of various hard and brittle compressive strength of non metal ores, mineral slag, furnace slag, building stone, marble and other less than 320 MPa broken. The crushing ratio can reach 4-6, and product size is uniform.In accordance with the feeding port width it can be divided into big, medium, and small crusher. Feeding port width more than 600MM for large machines, in 300-600MM as midrange crusher, feeding port width less than 300MM for mini crusher.

Structure Description of Jaw Crusher.

This machine is composed mainly: the rack element, fly wheel(plain/grooved), movable jaw assembly, and other auxiliary parts, like movable jaw plate, liner, retaining cover, gasket, slider, thrust plate, locking screws, locking device and so on. Movable jaw plate works as reciprocating motion accord to a predetermined trajectory. Materials are crushed in the crushing chamber which is composed of movable jaw plat, fixed jaw plat, and cheek plate, and then discharged from the lower discharge opening.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Payment?

A: 30% by T/T in advance once sign the order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?

A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.

payment：

1.We usually accept T/T,L/C,D/P,D/A.
2.T/T: 30% in advance as the deposit payment,the balance will be paied before shipemt;
3.We will take pictures of finished products before delivery.

Ways of Packing：
exporting standard packing,for example:wood packing,bulking packing,iron packing,nuded packing,etc.

Transportation:
1.By sea Freight or by air.
2.MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAI/KLINE/CMA/NDS,etc.Also we could meet the customer's requestments if they have nominated shiping company.
