Automatic Aluminum Foil Seal Machine

Brief Introduction

Adopting international advanced technology, this Machine featuring compact design, stable and reliable, and high efficiency, is mainly applicable for sealing aluminum foil on bottles in paste filling line for skin care products.

The sealing on the bottleneck is carried out by automatic and accurate picking and positioning aluminum foil via Robot, and fast heat closing, which improves packaging quality.

This is a unique machine in China, which is similar to import one being used by NIVEA (Shanghai) Corporation.

Four Machines in first batch have been used in packaging line for paste and cream skin care products in famous company in China.
