Originally inspired by the tufting work of the chesterfield sofa. Tufty-time is a premium full scale reproduction of the tufted modern classic chaise sofa sectional. Understanding and then respecting the dimensions and details of the original, is necessary to create a quality reproduction.

There are certain modern classic pieces that may look simple but are complex in design. On this particular reproduction, the roll of the top tuft and pitch of the back angle are critical to the side appearance and the seating comfort. Featuring a full width of 111.6”, the original dimensions of the Yadea Tufty-time reproduction were closely adhered to. Inside the main design, details such as the square tuft outline depth, the dimension of the square tufts, the plumpness and heft of the tuft were followed closely.

When these details are not attend to, the sectional takes on a much different appearance than the original. We understand the intricacies of this design in depth. This frame of the Tufty-time was hand-assembled using solid wood. Each tuft and every seam of the the cashmere wool blend upholstery was hand-sewn. Tufty time sofa set features a reinforced bottom seat cushion and ample multi density foam for a long lasting comfortable modern classic sectional.

Velvet in general is a soft pile fabric that has been woven since the beginning of the middle ages. It is soft to the touch with a distinctive nap. It is woven on a loom unique to velvet fabrics. Often used on modern furniture where a clean appearance is desired, Micro-velvet is a form of a standard velvet fabric. The micro-velvet variety is considered a lower maintenance fabric. It features a low nap which reduces the light and dark variation of a traditional crushed velvet. The fabric is durable, forms well with curve & tufting work. It features a warm appearance and a soft to the touch surface. Velvet as a term refers to the fabric style not the fabric content. Velvets are made from a variety of fabric types.

Yes, we may consider modest discounts for multiple container loads of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products to our district distributor.

What is your minimum order requirement?

Our minimum order quantity would be a 20ft container, although in some instances we can arrange one-off sample piece and shipping cost is borne by the customer.

How long will it take to execute my order?

This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and items No. so that we can advise a production schedule.  Production time is typically 15~25 days.

Do you have products in stock?

Sorry, normally we do not carry stock – most items are made to orders. If there is any stock, we will keep you posted as per your enquiry.

How much will the shipping charges be?

This will depend on the size of your shipment and the ways of shipping. When inquiring about shipping charges, we would require the detailed information of product items and quantities, your favored way of shipping(by air or by sea) and your designated port or airport.  We will then be able to advise the best shipping cost for you.

Can you give warranty of your products?

Yes, we are proud to extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. We would request detailed images of any problems or warranty claims - provided emails with detailed pictures are sent, we will dispatch replacements at our cost to repair the products or alternatively supply replacements in subsequent orders.  In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution.

What is your way of Packaging?

We use reinforced cardboard cartons with clear labeling and external color swatches. Goods are economically packed into snug fitting boxes in order to minimize your cost of shipping.
