A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 7-15 working days for order quantity more than

A: MOQ is 20pcs , but 1pc for sample checking is available

A: when small order We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. 

when large order . sea shipping by container is common.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. for example 6mx6m or 24ftx32ft or 100sqm or 200sqm and so on
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the order and places payment for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

A: Yes. That would be Logo Extra film fee USD100 .Please inform us  logo design before our production firstly

A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to our products. Non-artificial damage factors.

Our accessories lifetime warranty, customers only pay the freight cost for new accessories

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.We will have special after-sales department to deal with the faulty.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new dance floor  with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
