1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

     A: We are a factory with more than 150 employees. Welcome OEM and ODM.

2. Q: What is the scale of your factory?

     A: The factory building covers an area of 7,000 square meters.

3. Q: Where is your factory located? How I visit there?

     A: Our factory is located Baiyun Area, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. It takes about half an hour from                   Bainyun Area by car to our factory.

4. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

     A: Quality is priority. We attach great importance to quality control from beginning to the end, incoming inspect,                production spot check, and full check before shipment.

5. Q: Will my system work on cloudy days?

     A: Yes, they work, but produce less electricity than under full sun.

6. Q: How big a solar energy system do I need or how big a semi flexible solar panel do I need?

     A: The size of solar system you need depends on several factors such as how much electricity you use, how the size of your roof. Also, do you want the system to supply your complete energy usage or to supplant a portion of your higher cost energy usage? You can contact our staff to determine what type of system would suit your needs.

7. Q: Where is the delivery port?

     A: The delivery port can be Guangzhou or Shenzhen.

8. Q: Could you please offer free sample?

     A: We are awfully sorry to tell you that the sample is not free now, but we will refund the sample cost to you if your order is more than 100 pieces. You will be appreciated for your understanding.
