Instructions ; Custom sizing can be achieved by overlapping the open end of the circle until it fits comfortably onto the breast . Squeeze the gel into the different sections to customize the comfort to your needs. Place under a sport or sleep nursing bra.

Heat will distribute differently due to thickness of gel in different sections.

 

For soothing heat :

 

Place the breast gel pack in hot water 2-5 minutes or place flat in the microwave for 20 seconds intervals until desired temperature is reached . Do not heat more than 2 consecutive cycles to prevent bums.

- Adjust heating times accordingly to suit the power of your microwave

 

For Cold Therapy:

 

Cold decreases blood circulation to an affected area. This helps to reduce the swelling and pain caused by inflammation and relieved discomfort. 

May help with: temporary headache relief, fever reduction, toothache, sunburn, minor burns, sprains, minor cuts, beauty treatment, swelling reduction, scratches and abrasions.

Contact your doctor if pain persists.

Place gel pack in the freezerAfter 1~2 hours gel pack will reach an ideal therapeutic cold temperature while remaining flexible enough to form to the body

- Cold will last for 20~30 minutes then remain cool

- Do not apply the gel pack for longer than 30 minutes at one time

- Wait at least 2 hours before beginning another cold therapy session

- If the gel pack is uncomfortable during use, discontinue use immediately.
