New versions advantages:

1. Adoption of Aluminum house and PCB is better in heat dissipation.

2. Top quality 3528 SMD with big area for heat dissipation in the back is better in heat dissipation.

3. Only drive the LED current at 60%, this is better for the work life.

4. Adoption of half aluminum and half PC material avoids damage in transportation.

5. Use an improved circuit board with reducing the total harmonic distortion (THD) to less than 20%.

6. In future mass production, we use plastic end caps with protective switch to instead of the current aluminum end caps. This is safe for user to avoid the risk of shock during relamping, because during relamping, when the hot side is still in contact with 120V/220V lampholder pins, the exposed side poses a risk of shock, as the exposed pins are live.
