FREEZE ME!

Take the heat off your feet after a long hot day or cool down after exercising by using the Cool Soles frozen. If an injury occurs, cold (frozen Cool Soles) will reduce the pain and swelling in that tissue because of its vaso-constrictive properties. It causes blood vessels to narrow, limiting internal bleeding at the injury site. This will speed up the recovery of the injured tissue. Cool Soles therapy can be used to treat acute and chronic injuries regardless of where they are located on your body.

TO USE

Just place in the freezer until frozen then take them out and cool off! Place them on the floor and put your feet on top or place them in slippers, shoes and kick your feet up and relax. Just pop them in the microwave and heat in 10-second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Take them out and place in slippers, on the floor or in the cool soles^® foam wraps. Alternatively, place in hot water and soak for 2-3 minutes. Then towel dry and apply. Be careful not to heat to long because it could get to hot for your feet or damage the product.
