For Hot Therapy 

MICROWAVE: Place eye mask into microwave for approximately 15 second on middle power. Feel mask to

check if desired warmth is achieved, If not ,reheat in 5 second intervals as needed. Microwave temperatures

vary, but total heating time should not exceed 30 seconds. Do not overheat.

Times are based on a 600W microwave: adjust heating times accordingly to suit the power of your microwave.

HOT WATER: Bring boiled water, remove from the heat, and immerse the eye mask into water  for

approximately 4-6minutes.  

For Cold Therapy

Put the eye mask into refrigerator to refrigerate 1-2 hours before taking out for use or put it into freezer for about

15 minutes when in urgent need ,it wore on the eye when used.

PRECAUTION  !!!

1).The eye mask can only be used for external medication. If eye or skin contacted by the content, it must

be washed by clean water thoroughly.

2).If someone eats the content by mistake, he must drink enough water and try his best to vomit it and turn

to doctor when necessary.

3).If the temperature is too low or high for you, please use a cloth wraps to cover the pack. Those who have

something wrong with their microcirculation system should refer to doctor in advance.
