Please kindly send the proof to our after-sale department, it is better if you can offer photos, testing results… we would reply within 2working days.

Serious problem:

We will feedback to our quality department, find out the reason/cause of problem according to internal 8D report.

After quality problem confirmed, we will negotiate with you about the compensation
