(1)Aggregate Batching System( Batching Machine)

PLD800 batching Machine is composed of feed device weighing system and electrical control system. The feeding device is arranged on line. The batching system adopts sensor to measure.

(2)Mixing System

The machine adopts double horizontal-axis forced mixer. It introduces new techniques of Deutsch axile seal. There is four seals

on the end of shaft, the service life is longer than other seal method, and reduce possibility of trouble and easy to replace and

maintain. The liner and mixing blade is made of wear resistant alloys and advance the performance of wear resistant.

(3)Cement Silo

The function of air supply system is supply compressed air to all actuating element. It is composed of air compressor cylinder electromagnetism valve and accessories of pipeline.

(4)Screw Conveyer

LSY screw conveyor is column which is a screw inside, and the screw circumrotate continually for convey materiel. The equipment adopts originated patent universal feed port, it is easy to install.

The electrical control system of concrete mixing plant can control two set of absolute mixer, cement weigher, water weigher,

liquid additive weigher and a sert of aggregate batching system. The aggregate batching system can finished the batching task

automatic. There is a high reliability PLC and industry computer to control the concrete mixing plant. The component of

electrical control system adopts import parts from Japan OMRON Company and France Schnider Company.
