The SC series of construction elevators are widely used at the sites of industrial and civil construction, bridge construction, underground construction, large chimney construction, ship industry and so on. Being suitable for the vertical transport of materials and people, they can also be used as permanent / semi-permanent electric elevators and in various sites like warehouses and high towers.

Adopting advanced technology, it can also be equiped with electrical overload warming device, auto landing-call equipment or autimatic leveling device according to your requirement.

1. Mast section welded by welding Robot ensures reliable quality and elegant appearance.

2. All the steel structures are processed with blasting technology to remove rust. The adhesion of surface painting is outstanding.

3. Suspension cage guarding board adopts figured aluminum plate and numerical control punched aluminum plate. The suspension cage is lightweight and artistic in appearance.

4. Transmission mechanism supplied by the professional manufacturer has high efficiency, long service life and stability in performance.

5. Complete set of overload protection devices, variety of limiters and mechanical chain devices ensure its reliability. Anti-falling safety device adopts SAJ40-1.2, which restricts the excessive downward movement of the cage, preventing and eliminating accidents.

6. Frequency conversional construction elevator is safe, stable and comfortable. Starting electricity is smaller than working electricity, energy-saving and high efficient.

C. Special design for Cage :

1. bottom and roof of Cage adopt trapezoidal frame

2. Bottom and the roof are full symmetry

3. The plane of symmetry are connected by Bending plate, Bending channel and square pipe which make it firm, straight and balance in use.

4. The wall around cage can be fixed by Punched Aluminium plate, Punched zinc plate, steel wire mesh.

5. Surface Treatment: Blasting, Baking finished,Galvanized

Cage is a carrier of construction hoist for carrying personnel and goods,of which , the top serves as the working platform for disassembly and assembly operations.

Cage is s steel structural member with 4 walls composed of knitted wire mesh to facilitate lighting and minimizing wind load. The cage is provided with single and double traveling door as well as safety hook used to prevent disengagement of cage from mast.
