How to order 

1. We accept sample order and OEM order
2. Customers tell us the model, colour, battery capacity and other specifications
3. We make invoice for customers 
4. Customers check if the invoice is correct
   
5. We will produce the products and then send the products within 3-10 working days after the full payment is done
   

 

Payment terms

1. PayPal, Western Union, T/T and Bank transfer.
2. Full deposit for small order.
   
3. If your order is large enough, you can place a 50% deposit first before we produre the product. After that, make the remaining deposit and we will deliver the goods.
   
4. Inform us with detailed transaction info. after you make the full payment.

• All products is subject to 1 year warranty period.
• When quantities of defective Electronic cigarettes rate is higher than 2%, defective products can be returned to our factory, and the shipping cost will be paid by us. For individual unqualified products, we will replace them in your next order
