1. General introduction of dry mix concrete plant:

Dry mix concrete plant is different from the traditional concrete mixing plant. The main difference is that there is no concrete mixer in a dry mix concrete plant. We use a concrete transit mixer ( concrete truck mixer) to mix all the materials. The workflow is like this:

1. the aggregates are weighed by aggregate batcher;

2. there is a belt conveyor that takes the aggregate from aggregate batcher to the concrete transit mixer;

3. cement, water, fly ash are weighed and sent to the concrete transit mixer;

4. the concrete transit mixer will mix all the materials on its way to the work site;

5. when the concrete transit mixer reaches the work site, the concrete is ready and discharged.
