Double-spiral-belt Vane concrete mixer is a new type twin shaft forced concrete mixer developed by our company on the basis of introducing Italy’s advanced technology and combining with our new type patented shaft end sealing technology. It has salient features of high mixing efficiency, uniform mixing, low noise, low energy consumption, good sealing effect, compact structure, convenient maintenance, etc. This type of concrete mixer represents the tendency of the development of construction machinery.

1. High mixing efficiency, good uniformity. Double spiral belt continuous blades instead of traditional shovel blades can shorten the mixing time by more than 50%, mixing uniformity increased by 15%.

2. Adopting our company’s multiple sealing technology, patent No. ZL2007-2-0098-1.2 and imported sealing units, the concrete mixer has the advantages of good sealing effect and long service life. 

3. Adopting imported advanced reducer and reducer of high reliability, (for user’s selection) the concrete mixer has reliable performance. 

4. Top level automatic lubricating oil pump and centralized oil-supply and lubrication ensures the shaft end sealing more durable.
