Introduction:

The baking oven is the most important machine in the whole wafer production line .The oven is in wholly frame structure, which supplies enough support. Its mechanical drive system adopts baking tongs with hinges, which runs on the rails inside the oven and baking plates are installed in the baking tongs. 

The speed of tong carriage is controlled by the frequency converter,  the batter deposit system is batch-type, and the wafer baking system uses LPG for heating of the baking plates. 

The functions of the baking oven is fully automatic from spreading batter on the plates through until baked wafer sheets come out of the oven. Bake the wafer sheets evenly and produces good quality wafer sheets for next procedure. 

 In PLC there is a PID controller which is used for controlling the temperature of the baking plates automatically .

The collection of required signal of PID is supplied by an infrared sensor.

The oven status display and the data reset are supplied by a touch screen.

All motors have the starting current protection and thermal overload protection.

There’re ventilation door. 

The gas accessories meet the standard of FM approval, and there’s one alarm if the gas leaking. There’re two ways of temperature controlling: one for testing the baking plates, another for testing the baking chamber, both of them can be showed of the touch panel and you just need to choose one. They’re sealed by silica gel. Oven tract is of heat treatment, size 25X25.

AC contactor of SCHENEIDER.

The stepping wheel bearings of the mould rack are SKF Explorer made in France. 

The pressing roller bearings are SKF Explorer made in Austria.

Main Pneumatic components are of FESTO.

The main drive reducing motor is of GERMAN brand and in the front of baking oven with waste withdraw ahead and automatic tightening. 

The top of electrical cabinet is inclined 45 º, plus four Φ65 round leg (heigh 400 ).

 There’re data box, explosion-proof lamp, 2-3 socket, circuit diagram in side.

Supplies two sets of batter pump and batter pipe. 

Batter pump is rotor type of NINGBO brand.

PLC is Siemens 200.

Transducer is SIEMENS.

Photo-electricity is SICK.

There is an automatic spurring-cleaned device at the bottom of the baking oven.

There is second pressure relief valve from Madas.

The floating system is new type. 

The pressing system, opening system and tension system are improved about the heat-treatment. The main bolts are screws are 8.8 or 12.6 grade. 

There is a safety cover for batter inductive switch.

There are safety windows at both sides of the baking oven. 

The connecting system is “three-leaf” type.

All the belt rollers of the whole line are made from aluminium alloy.
