Q1: Do I need to pay for the sample?

A: Yes,we'll charge you for the sample with OEM logo, but it is refundable when the order is placed. If with no logo printed on, it's free. you just undertake the shipping charge.

Q2: How long does the sample take?

A: It takes 3-7 days after you confirm our design file for ODM items.

Q3: What is your MOQ?

A: we can do the MOQ as your request, but the materials must be available in the market.

Q4: What is your lead time ?

A: About 20-50days after receipt of deposit and confirmed sample.

Q5: Can you OEM for me?

A: Sure,OEM order is acceptable.

Q6: How do you control the quality?

A: We have an independed QC department. Every step of product must through three processes of inspection: Initial Inspection, In-process Inspection and Warehousing Inspection. We carefully inspect every step of production to ensure the high quality of our products.

Q7:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A: For small order,express will be best.And for bulk order,sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders,we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door
