Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price .but we also accept other way like L/C , western union ,and do CFR&CIF etc.

Q2.how can i print it and cut it ?

solution1: buy printed and cutted paper cup fan from us

solution2: find the factory in your area to print and cut for you

solution3:buy the flexo printing machine and die cutting machine to print and cut by yourself .

if you are new in this field ,i suggest you'd better to adopt solution 1 or 2 when you are in first stage.

Q3. if the machine's spare parts broken ,where can i get ?

We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable , and some critical parts, our quality is good ,in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
