1) When can I get the offer?

2) Can I get a sample to check the quality before real order?

Of course. You can ask sample for checking.

3) How can I get a sample? 

Generally our sample will be charged. When you paid, sample will be delivered by 

express, such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, EMS etc. Sample charge will be return back to you after the real order.

4) How long can I expect to get my sample?

Generally, it will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days

5) We want to do our logo on the case, how can you do that?  

For the logo, we have silk print one, embroidered one and metal logo for option. 

Please provide your logo in AI, PDF, CoreDraw or JPG format and the size; we can tool it for you! 

6) Can you do the design for us?

Yes. With about twenty years OEM/ODM experience, we have a professional team with rich experience in luggage design and manufacturing. 

We can design the products as your requirements.

7) What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The 

lead time of MOQ is about 35 days. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start 

inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

8) What is your term of delivery?

We accept FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or 

cost effective for you.
